Some things we are going to be offering.
Porting and polishing.  Mainly 8V and 16V heads.
Transmissions with custom gears, call Kevin discuss what you are looking for in a setup.
Transmissions with LSD.  Depending on demand.
Biggest problem that we've seen with 02A trannies (ie G60, VR6 and Passat 16V), is the differentials.  They seem to be too weak to take the torque from modified, and some cases stock engines.  We have seen about 4 of them so far that have destroyed themselves, all of them leaving a hole in the bellhousing.  Best bet when modifying any of these engines with 02A trannies is to beef up your transmission with a limited slip before it lets go on you and you have to spend more for another tranny.
Here's an example of one of the transmissions that came into our shop.
**Update** Recently have seen 02J's running into same problem as the 02A trannys.  Best recommendation on these trannys is if you are in need of replacement of either, and end up buying one used from another yard or otherwise, bring the replacement in to have rebuild done before replacing your damaged transmission.  Rebuild for the differential will run about $300 if the tranny is out.
